Ed Kulbacki is the owner of EFK Consulting and has been in business since March, 1992. I started out as a sole-proprietorhip in Chino, California, and then incorporated in 1997 in Washington state when I was doing contract work for Siemens Medical Systems.  In 1998, we were registered as a Foreign Corporation in California in order to provide contract work for Child Services Division of San Bernardino County.  Since 2000, I have once again been operating as a sole-proprietorship.

The majority of my experience since 1984 has been with a variety of flavors of the PICK multi-value database on several different Unix and Windows platforms using both Wintegrate and Accuterm terminal emulators.  I also provide business and systems analysis; project development and coordination; data conversions and data migrations.

In addition to supporting PICK Universe databases, I also provide accounting services for sole-proprietorships and small corporations or partnerships.  Most of my accounting work has been done using Quicbooks since 1997.  I also provide tax services for individuals, sole-proprietorships and small businesses using Turbo Tax.  Quarterly estimated tax filings and annual business State and Federal returns are filed for your business.

I have BS degrees in Data Processing and Accounting.  Project work in Information Systems has taken me all over the United States, to Canada, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
